Welcome to Ideal Helping Hand Foundation
‘Ideal Helping Hand Foundation’,
makes sincere efforts to reach underserved communities in the slums of Ahmednagar, aiming to retain children in dignified professions like nursing. Through tailoring classes, we enable individuals to start earning an income. To promote mental and physical health, we run a sports academy for children in slum areas, helping them to develop into skilled athletes.
In the future, professions such as tailoring, beauty parlour work, and nursing will create better earning opportunities and develop skilled manpower in our project locations. To achieve this, we need the generous support of devoted donors. With your help, we can significantly improve the lives of those living in slums.

Sarika Kshirsagar, a resident of Ramwadi, joined the Ideal Helping Hand Foundation's tailoring class in the second batch. Sarika, who is extremely shy by nature, comes from a very challenging family background. The entire household depends on her mother, who leaves for laundry work at 7 AM and returns home by 6 PM. Despite this, her mother was determined to enrol Sarika in the tailoring class to make her self-reliant.
When Sarika first attended the class, she did not even know how to operate a sewing machine. However, through her sheer perseverance, she not only learned tailoring but also made significant improvements in her skills and confidence. Sarika proudly shares that since joining I.H.H.F., her self-confidence has grown tremendously, and she now stitches beautiful blouses. Many women from Ramwadi get their blouses stitched by Sarika. In this way, she helps her mother financially and is very grateful to I.H.H.F. Many other needy individuals, like Sarika, are becoming self-reliant and independent through the support of I.H.H.F.
